A few things to keep in mind….
Deliveries are coordinated directly with the student at a time and location that works best for them. If you’d like the delivery to be a surprise then no problem! We’ll come up with a plan.
Students’ cell numbers are only ever used for delivery coordination.
Curated by Kate does not have access to the inside of school buildings or dorms.
Payment is accepted via Venmo and is due after delivery is complete. Curated by Kate will provide the gift giver with delivery confirmation and Venmo after delivery.
Every effort is made to deliver on time. Curated by Kate allows ample time for traffic delays and parking. Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be clearly communicated and an alternate plan will be devised.
Inclement weather may impact deliveries. If the weather forecast calls for dangerous driving conditions then an alternate plan will be devised.
Mylar balloons don’t love the cold weather. Curated by Kate fills all balloons with industrial grade helium until the balloons are completely full and plump. However, helium gas contracts in the cold and decreases in volume. So, if your balloons look deflated after being outdoors in the cold, they should plump back up once they’re brought inside.
